Words

Words

Flowing from my fingers like a river

Sighing from my mouth like easy exhalations

The floodgates open

Creativity unleashed

A passion inside of me

The fire stoked and found to be burning still

Glowing embers restored to soaring flames

Your love feeds me

The sum of your parts

Eyes: the beauty in a look, piercing mine, seeing into the depths of my soul, searching

Lips: a secret smile, sharing a silent moment, a joke that draws you in, lingers

You laugh – your head tilted back, exposing the curve of your slender neck, tantalising me

Hands: on mine, fingers intertwined, skin tingling, electrical currents through my veins

Breath: across my cheek, in my ear, warm on my face, warmth echoed in my heart and in between my legs

Legs: long and inviting, showing me the way, a path to your excitement, wetness awaits

Fingers: exploring tentatively at first, beckoning, finding their fit, slipping gently in

Tongue: probing and loving, tasting me, writing poetry over my body, hungry for more

An evening with you

Let’s go back to the beginning, when I met the woman who reignited my poetry spark and inspired the majority of work I will share on here….

I arrive:

with butterflies in my stomach

blood pumping through my veins

and you on my mind

We connect:

in mind – intellectual intercourse across the wavelengths

in body – fitting together like two perfect pieces of a puzzle

in heart – raw connection ripping us open to reveal our truest selves

You leave me:

with a fullness in my soul

joy in my heart

and a wetness between my legs
